We are a full-service residential contracting company. We handle everything from decks and pergolas — everything outside — and we also do interior remodels, for homeowners in Colorado Springs, Monument, Black Forest and Peyton.
Not every project involves a custom fireplace, multiple decks and a big pergola. We specialise in designing and building outdoor living spaces that fit every lifestyle, whatever yours might be.

The part you never see
Most builder-grade decks are fastened to the house by screwing the ledger board directly to the outside of the siding. That creates a pocket for moisture to sit against your home.
We install acrylic flashing on all wood surfaces that contact the decking to seal out moisture — which is really the primary way to prolong the life of a deck. Collin Stoddard, Founder
We open the siding, flash the ledger properly, and detail stucco and lap siding differently because they fail differently. Most of the decks we replace have failed at exactly this location.
